Had a bit of a result today, I discovered that my local Sainsbury's (Hamilton Lanarkshire) was selling off Combiner wars Deluxes at £8.00 each and Legends figures at £6.65

so I picked up Blades, First Aid and Legend Groove for £24.65 - sadly that was all they had in stock apart from another Blades figure...

My next stroke of luck was that I spotted ToysRus have discounted deluxe's to £10.00 each, a brief visit to the Govan branch let me pick up the remaining Protectobots for £42.99

Total cost of Defensor = £67.64...quite chuffed with that as the pre-order I had for the Takara version was going to be over £120!

So if anyone is looking for a good time to buy I would suggest a visit to the above establishments pronto.

Bummer. I dont fancy using the "click and collect", as the nearest Smyths is over an hour away. On the flipside, Toys'R'Us should be getting him in stock soon(ish) then.

So Battle Core Prime's out then. Glad I didn't pick him up at AA then. What I did get at AA was Leader Magnus who's awesome, A Motormaster to finally finish My Menasaur even if he cant stand up eveen with the upgrade kit which I also got and finally Badcubes Wardog who's pretty cool once you figure out how to get him transformed. All the people I met were great and I had a jolly good time. I can't wait for next years something something.

If anybody is interested that 3 Pack of the G1 Cone-heads is out is Toy's'R'Us, I didn't get a look at the Price but they will probably be from £50-£80. So any G1 Fan should head to their local TRU, Happy Hunting

On a Side note AA was awesome I met Thew and lots of other Great People. My Haul will be posted later

I only spent a few hours at AA but the disorientation is still riding high. Saw a few people, Craggy, Thew, Waspshot (having a spot of bother?), Grimlock(!) but didn't want to bother anyone on a Sunday :oops:
