I'm very interested in the Japanese continuities for TF.
The anime is covered, I've seen all those, but can any boffins fill me in on the G1 manga, BT/Kiss play/Japanese G2 stories or anyhting else that may exist?

I'm particularly curious about the new Black Convoy Masterpiece-something about elderoids needed to stop Galvatron II, Who's he? Is this set in BT continuity? (which overides the TF movie for Japan, yes?)

how does (if at all) Kiss players fit with BT (alternate reality?)

I can't remember his name, but a character with the body of prime possesed by Starscreams ghost?

I'm being serious here-no offence but anyone of the opinion the Japanese continuity doesn't count can leave it at the door. I'm seriously interested and can't find any blinkin' info.

I'm not very well versed in the Japanese fiction myself, so I can't really answer your questions. Kiss Players is (was?) actually a radio show in Japan, or so I've been told. The premise being that the robots somehow gain extra powers when their scantily-clad schoolgirl partners kiss them. I don't think KissPlayers and BinalTech are connected fiction-wise, but I could be wrong.

One of our resident gurus should be along shortly to explain everything in crazy detail.

Yeah, I got the premise of Kiss players, and the radio show bit, but there were some crazy toy releases like the cassetes and stuff, which I'm not sure if they covered back story...and some manga I believe.
