I have heard of collectors who only collect certain years of the original Transformers line: i.e. only 1984-1987 (series one to four). Conversely, I have heard things from different collectors.

Some say that the fourth year of toys (1987) were the best with the Headmasters. I have heard some say that the second year was the best (1985) with the introduction of the Dinobots.

Which series from G1 do you like best and why?
