Are the GF and Cybertron versions of Brakedown different colours, (brownish/gold and blue, respectively?)
Also is there any difference in value or rarity?

It sounds to me like you may be referring to Breakdown GTS as far as the blue version goes. Your gray and Brownish/gold version was first run while the Blue (GTS) version was released towards the end of the series. I have the gray & brown/gold version myself while my youngest son held out for the blue one. As far as value, i can only guess but I would say that later on the first version will be the more valuable.
I don't remember seeing color differences in the Galaxy Force figures before they came to the U.S. as compared to the first run of the Cybertron figures, but there are other people on this site with more knowledge about them.
A second opinion would not hurt.

Ah, that explains the 'GTS' part. Answer in under 20 minutes! Huge!
