Deadmetal is of course right with the pricing, plus it is possible that teh toy will never be released in Ireland at all and ill have to buy tit off teh scalpy dealers in dublin-
last week i shelled out 20 ($30) euro for Longarm and ill prop have to do the same next week for Dropkick and Payload.
It sucks living in ireland sometimes
but on the other hand i get 40 euro an hour which works out at about $60-70 so it really aint too bad
"Dammit-You mean he's not dead???" Thats right! Im back and Im leading my Army of Misfits up from the ashes!!!!!!!

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Where do u teach and at what level? 40 euro an hour is the unqualified sub rate, so if u are subing in a subject thatt ur not trained in thats what u get.
I am a second level art teacher in ireland, what and where are u?

That is a damn good price you got him for squeaker, he will sell for more than that for the standard figure in a few months time.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

It's no use to you now, but Argos had a few in at €15.

If in six months he turns around and says, "What was I thinking?" then we can laugh at him.
Maybe it'll inspire him to do more ripper drawings for us.
Does this proto hold some kind of a higher value even if the toy is finally released in volume?

I imagine this Stockade is very similar if not identical to the one we'll eventually be getting.
I do like the earlier prototypes you sometimes see in the matte grey colour. They might be early resin castings, I don't know, but they're very sculptural looking and often tend to show off the detail better than the final toy.
Anyway, when you look at what this actually costs, for Grimsqueaker, it's like half-an-hour's wages. You would easily spend a lot more time and effort making repeat trips to the shops waiting for them to get one in.
If you value your time, it's worth it.

I teach high school English in the states--Ohio, to be exact. I'm in my 11th year, so I'm making a decent wage, and I guess I've never figured out what it would be hourly... Coaching soccer gives me a nice little bonus as well. At any rate, I make enough to support my addiction.

I've just never had the drive to be the first to own anything badly enough to pay inflated prices on e-bay. If it was a good deal for you, though, congrats!
