For those who don't really know me I got pregnant with my 3rd child when I frequented this board. Hes now 4 and hes absolutely obsessed with transformers!! haha I had to share

I just thought it was funny since I never really forced them on him but as soon as he first saw one he was in love.Its all he talks about!!!!
Its so odd because when I was pregnant with him and conceived him his Dad was into Transformers and that's his obsession...but when I got pregnant with my 2nd my husband was into cars and racing.My second is obsessed with cars...pure coincidence?? :shock:

Thru my experience sometimes it won't matter if your "force" it on them or not. Sometimes they see the parent into something so they get into it. My girls have done that more with Star Wars, tho, rather then Transformers - although they will play with the Transformers but they just won't watch it. Go fig.

LOL Too bad i'm so far away from you Steph I would grab him some Transformers

Amazing how, as children, we can get obsessed with something... and nobody ever forced us into it.

That's kinda how I got obsessed with Transformers in the first place... I just remember playing with my brother with his Transformers figures and seeing a few episodes and the 1986 movie on tape, and that was that.

I know (from friends) a baby in the womb can hear things and experience some passions, but being obsessed about it later that's new.

Is this a side-effect of the board?! Yikes, I better be more careful... *remembers is man, feels relieved*

My daughter is 4-1/2, and while she's FAR more into My Little Pony (another fine fine Hasbro license), she likes TFs too and has a few of her own, plus a set each of Animated Optimus Prime and Bumblebee PJs. I'm trying to steer her away from Hannah Montana...
