Dude...you got some AWESOME pics! You had a great spot for the parade. They were throwing beads? Were they throwing them for the same reason they get them in Mardi Gras?: :shock:

Yup, they were throwing beads. It was an "extra" Mardi Gras parade. It had everything regular MG parades have, marching bands and groups, music floats, etc..

That's good. Well, savor it. You guys are the Champs...until next February when the Cowboys are supposed to win it all. (cough cough choke)

How can the Super Bowl just be done and the experts already saying the Cowboys are going to win it next year? (sigh)

They have been predicting the Cowboys? I have been hearing the Colts were picked already.
I never listen to the experts anyway because they said

The Saints could not beat the Vikings.
The Saints would be completely embarrassed by the Colts.

And now they are the champs.. Experts.. meh.

Just wanted to chime in and say, what a week (and what a season!) it has been here in the Crescent City. Truly incredible!

Agreeing with what Earl has already stated, no way, the party is far from over here! I suspect we'll be celebrating well at least until the beginning of next season. And probably will continue still... :lol:

What an incredible game it was Sunday night. So much excitement, I did not get my voice completely back until Tuesday. haha
