Wow I just spent 55 minutes looking for it. Nothing. I figured there would be a ton of Peanuts/Charlie Brown Soundboards online and there isn't. When I get up tomorrow I'll look some more.

I too, searched around a good half an hour on this... I was able to dig up the following piece of information:
While it's not a sound available for easy distribution, it was created for the specials on a trombone, with the use of a plunger as a mute.
I'm not sure if this is any help to you, its all I could find.
