Our friends at SoundWorks Collection dropped by to let us know about a short (approximately 9 minutes) feature they have produced, The Sound of Transformers: Age of Extinction. It's an interesting behind the scenes look into all the work that goes into the sounds we hear while enjoying the film. The video is embedded below:

Director Michael Bay and Producer Steven Spielberg return this summer for the fourth film in the Transformers franchise, Transformers: Age of Extinction. The amazing visual effects in this film are complemented by the talented efforts of the sound team including Re-recording Mixer Greg Russell, Re-recording Mixer Jeff Haboush, Re-recording Mixer Scott Millan and Supervising Sound Editor and Sound Designer Erik Aadahl and Sound Designer John Marquis.
