Meanwhile, got my Selects Lift-Ticket from BBTS today.

I have another Mandarake order coming... Starting to feel like an addiction, but this one is actually filling two big gaps in my Unicron Trilogy collection.

A target near me put the 30 Origin Bee's they have on 50% off clearance, so I grabbed a second one that I'll keep sealed. I'll head back next week and see if any are left and marked down to 70% off which is usually the next step and play the return game with my receipt from today.

Got Sandstorm and Buzzsaw (or as they shall henceforth be known, Quicksand and Buzzkill) in yesterday!

Quicksand is great, almost zero complaints. I had to tighten his scorpion legs up a bit, and his transformation is a bit fiddly, but that aside? Love him. Scorpion mode is fantastic and the robot mode is pretty good too.

Buzzkill LOOKS amazing in both modes but I had to tighten a few tabs here and there, as his torso doesn't like to hold together out the box. He's also kinda finnicky- his transformation is a bit on the awkward side, the bug legs get in the way of robot posing and his torso connections are tenuous even with the fixes. Still, I do like him quite a bit, especially the wasp eyes.

Been really busy with work lately, finally got the chance to mess with a week's worth of hauls. Found all the beasts at Walmart, got the rest from ebay or some friends. My RiD2015 checklist has shrunk dramatically. Also some may the 4th stuff and a couple marvel legends.

Two boxes from Mandarake. Thought the second box was lost since it shipped a week ago and the tracking number never worked, I even emailed them about it this morning so I'm happy to have it. Much of this is me filling gaps in my Unicron Trilogy collection.

Box 1:

EZ Collection Master Galvatron (Dengeki exclusive) 1000JPY ($7.73) Much better painted than the Hasbro version and cheap. This was just box filler to help pad the shipping, but I like it.

Galaxy Force Fang Wolf - 2000JPY ($15.46) Very happy to get this for so cheap! Complete, even comes with the card. Never liked the big wolf head hand, but he's one of the few figures I need for my Cybertron collection so this is great.

Micron Legend Hot Rod - 2000JPY ($15.56) Yep, I have most of Armada but don't own a Hot Shot, always thought it looked too much like a pre-school toy. I still do, but the Armada collection isn't complete without one and being the better Japanese release for this price made it a must have.

Henkei Hot Rod - 2500JPY ($19.32) Never saw the Hasbro version in stores but I do have the FunPub Dion figure that is based on this version so I know it's not a great figure, but it does have the chromed guns and flame missiles so I went for it. I had actually ordered one in my previous order that was missing the missiles but it ended up not being available. Ended up working out in my favor.

Box 2:

Alternators Swerve - 3000JPY ($23.19) Yep, not a Japanese figure this time. With this I'm almost complete with Alternators, just need Decepticharge, Camshaft and Nemesis Prime.

Movie Advance Roll Bar - 2800JPY ($21.64) TRU Japan Age of Extinction exclusive based on Generations Skids. He was listed as opened and technically is, but the bubble simply came unglued from the card. Wanted this guy for a while and one showed up while I was building this order so it worked out.

Superlink Roadbuster Wild - 3000JPY ($23.19) I'm not a huge fan of the figure, especially the exposed head, but I have Energon Ironhide and this one is complete and even comes with the bonus orange axe. Also I quickly transformed him before the picture and his shoulder panels didn't fall off, yay!

Galaxy Force Sonic Bomber - 6000JPY ($46.37) This is what got me to place an order in the first place. The only thing missing the best I can tell is the projectile missiles (key is in his back), but I can live with that for the price! There are beat up ones missing all their parts on eBay for what this cost me. The figure is otherwise perfect and the chrome is great. Very happy with this!

The first box shipped for 3440JPY ($26.59) and the second box for 6100JPY ($47.15) which were both reasonable for the weight and size of the boxes. Oh, and the box with all the fragile stamps on it was the second box, they actually stamped that on all four corners of every side of the box.

Massive congrats on the haul, especially Galaxy Force Wing Saber/Sonic Bomber!

I've had a few big TF scores in the past couple months.

First was Black Zarak here. First time buying a Titan-class redeco, but well worth the money IMO. Especially since unlike Scorpy I got him for basically retail

Armada Overload. Won from a Canadian seller no-contest, total came to $96 US after taxes and shipping. Expensive for the figure, but the BINs are all $150 or thereabouts so...

And here's one I'm sure some of you hate me for: Robots in Disguise (2001) Scourge, complete except for the disks, and I was the winning bidder out of multiple. $61(At least I think, need to double-check), plus tax and shipping.

Only three, but they're all major scores. I also have Legacy Drag Strip coming Monday.

As an action figure he's OK, but his arms are restricted by the wings so he doesn't a lot of range of motion there. But as a toy he's fantastic with lots of playability (firing weapons, lights and sounds, being able to combine with Prime). Definitely worth having in a Cybertron collection, but the price has skyrocketed over the last three years.

Picked up Nightprowler at Walmart today, it was the last one and no sign of the other two.

Managed to get SS Thrust Acid Storm in today! Quite pleasantly surprised by him. Robot mode is great, love how he looks- wish his collar didn't get in the way of the head movement but oh well. Transformation is surprisingly involved and the vehicle mode looks much better in hand than the pictures made me think it would. Definitely glad I got him!

As for that Kingdom Blaster, I bought it from Amazon.ca around 6 weeks ago.

Meh, the box just get tossed in the recycling bin anyway.
