It you enter your email you will get some coordinate sent to you that will reveal a pixel. Once all the pixels are gone I believe the Jokers image will be there.

The Joker Will See You in December!

The new image of Heath Ledger as The Joker in The Dark Knight has now been removed from http://www.IBelieveinHarveyDentToo.com. It's been replaced with red text that gives the error, "Page not found." If you highlight the entire page, however, you'll see a ton of Ha Ha Ha's with some letters here and there that don't belong. String those letters together and what do you get? - "See you in December."

We assume you'll get a first look at The Joker in a trailer for the sequel at that time. Warner Bros. has both Nicole Kidman's The Golden Compass and Will Smith's I Am Legend opening in December, to which the teaser could be attached to.

So who is behind all this? It looks to be 42 Entertainment, the company which previously created the "I Love Bees" promotion for "Halo 2" and "Year Zero" for the Nine Inch Nails album "Year Zero." The company just registered http://www.SeeYouinDecember.com yesterday, so stay tuned.

I don't know how well it'll work, but Chris Nolan hasn't screwed up yet.

I really think they're going to avoid the acid bath in this version. I think he's just going to be a guy that's severely **** up in the head. Which honestly I really like that.

Personally I find that Joker to be a little to grotesque in appearance. Takes away from his visual charm.

Yeah, he's meant to have some sort of slightly debonair aspect to him- one that allows his psyciatrist to fall victim to his charm at any rate.

The worst part is that it's not even particularly original to portray him like this:

I like it. He looks crazy enough, if not crazier.

But one thing bothers me: He has a scar on his right cheek, at least that's the only one that's highly visible. But there's something over it. It looks like he's got an oversized vein running over the scar. What is it?

From what I can tell, it looks like he's slived open the sides of his cheeks so when he grins you'll see his teeth almost all the way up to his ears. Or he did that and it healed and created a massive amount of scar tissue.

Then go complain to Grant Morrison about whatever the hell he's doing to The Joker. Some random guy has a design on deviantart that bears a mild resemblance to this design? Wow. What should they have done to be completely original then? Make him exactly like the comics?

Well lets look at the Joker this way. He looks evil, psychotic, not unlike in the comics. Yeah, he'll have a sophisticated kind of side to him, but thats kind of difficult to show with a single picture, but Heath Ledger has that debonair attitude down with the movies he's been in.

Now, as for designing the Joker. Of course we'll have seen something similar. Hell, ICP jerks it every time they see something with the Joker, since the Joker is their Jesus, and end up painting their faces like psychotic clowns, so there goes any semblance of originality the design team can use.

So yeah, we'll be seeing something similar to whats been done before, but original enough for it vary from the usual look of the Joker as we've seen from Ceaser Romero's Joker to Mark Hammil's Joker.

There's only a vague resemblance in the image, which should have no bearing on any of it. He has the black stuff around the eyes, and that's about it. The white/gray chalky skin was going to be done basically no matter what, and the mouth is not similar at all. It's almost certain that any design they came up with would have some random similiarity to a design someone else had come up with. I don't see how a three year old picture from deviantart matters.

And you're quite right, of course. My point is, that they seem to be striking out away from the Joker's known ways in order to have a more realistic take on him. In the end, people have had the same kind of idea before.

I'd be all forgiving if Heath's face was thinner. I'm surprised it isnt for the movie, considering all the weight-shifting Bale's had to do for his roles.

Harley was only added in after Bruce Timm created her for BTAS. Before that she never existed. And honestly if this means she won't show up, then I'm happy. I always hated that character.

I could also be wrong about the chemical bath. Theres always the possibility that it does happen and he get's his skin bleached. But then because of his insanity he decides to complete the look by dyeing his hair and putting makeup on so he looks like a clown.
