A Magnus Who can Deal with IT

Postby MrDeflok » Mon Feb 10, 2014 2:51 am

So I got my Mebsuta today but knew it wasn't gonna be geewun enough for me. I had a plan which started by customising the base figure (see here: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/973175-preparing-mebsuta-making-magnus-more-hardcore.html?highlight=mebsuta) in preparation for the armour.

Repainting this was easy, was just touch ups to the face and gun and adding Autobot insignia's to his shoulders. I was gonna sand one of the symbols down as G1 Magnus only has one symbol on his right shoulder but I really dig the double look.

To be honest, it was harder sorting out the base figure.

Sorry, some of the pics are blurry! My wife is away and she took all our good cameras :(

Will post some pics of him with other figures later.

I might change his feet too. I have an idea but it won't be easy.

This is based on Ryoku from TFW's idea for a trailer. It doesn't fit together, just a bunch of loose parts, but it could work if everything clipped together.

I added the wheels, though.

Weapon: Electro-burst Rifle
That looks really good! The Autobot insignia shoulder plates are a great touch.

All I can say is 'poor galvatron' LOL. Great work dude. FansProject City commander is a brick in comparison.
