I honestly can't remember exactly (it's been about 5 years since I created my last one), but after you get an HMW account, shouldn't there be a link in your registry somewhere? Just supply a unique name and I think that's it.

Yeah if I remember right, once you've picked the side you want to join, go to the registry, and there should be a link near the bottom left? of the page that says create a transformer. After that it is up to you to activate and then place them in missions or the arena. Build up some XP, and give them some upgrades, while your waiting though write a bio for them get them into character. Have fun with them.

Oh, one thing you must know: you CANNOT DELETE any transformer you make. You can only RESET them, which just resets all the stats to 0 and removes weapons/armor if any. You do not lose EXP or the weapons, but you lose the armor.
