HMW II announcement
HMW II announcement
Posted by Omega Sentinel Thu Jun 07, 2007 10:09 am
The bad news
The overall HMW II application will not be completed in two weeks. The project is just too big and I don't want to release a steamy pile of software when all of you have waited so long.
The good news
Since it will take a little more time to release the overall application I am going to be releasing pieces of it over the next few weeks.
Like the Energon Donation piece, you will start seeing new things here and there. Some will be big and some will be small but all will be part of a bigger picture which is HMW II.
The biggest piece of HMW II is the new game engine. This would include the new tactics, alt types, faction changes and the battle map of Cybertron. All of those things will be rolled out at once as a final release and the reset will be neccessary at that time. HMW II will be official at the time of that final release.
Hopefully I have earned your trust over the last few weeks enough for you to know without a doubt that HMW II is going to happen and it is right around the corner.
Enjoy the changes and improvements you have seen over the last few weeks and get ready for a wild ride starting now....

Sweeeeeeeeeeeet!
No worries about the wait OS, Im sure everyone will agree, we would much rather wait and have a game that works as opposed to an incomplete release that has been rushed out.
Thanks for the heads up.

Oh well, the xp boost earlier has made you one of my favourite people at the moment OS, at the moment, nothing you do could annoy me
And like everyone else has said, I'd much rather wait for a fully working game than a half finished one!

yeah and with those landing Struts for claws, that could really hurt...
Hey, I'm just as willing to wait a week or a month or two. As long as it's good!

You mean that table list on the TF profile page? For now, don't worry about it.
