Guessing the toy is Deluxe scale based off the Joints tech and sculpting.
Wish it was Mania king robot height, But it's probably not even close.

Don't know if DX9 or UT is making this toy. Pics 19 and 21 which are UT Salmoore recolored and retooled as Wreckar and a black-green bot also say DX9. Thinking DX9 and UT are brother-sister companies run under the same roof.
