A resin prototype of this Thunderwing was shown off yesterday& it pulls off that mode nicely. I'm reading this guy is supposed to be 9" tall & come out mid next year.

Actually, I feel the same way and am very happy with the Generations mold. Sure, it's a bit on the small side, but otherwise I really like it. I also agree with Burn and this feels too much like Energon Megs...

I get what you're saying but I think is a great choice for a third party company. Clearly a character has to has forgotten about & a figure where Hasbro's version just doesn't look right on a shelf. I'm excited for Stormbringer Thunderwing.

I can certainly see the appeal. Overall it's looking like it'll receive some good feedback, as it's one of the few pretenders to get any sort of attention whatsoever.

Yeah. Ultimately, I'm probably not going to buy this, because I'm sure it's going to cost a mint and I'm not that attached to the character. But I do appreciate the design and engineering and I hope this group does well.
