Dinobots are Coming to Town!

Postby i_amtrunks » Wed Dec 10, 2008 5:11 pm

Artist Extraordinaire Nick Roche (Spotlight Kup, Spotlight Hardhead, Devastation #3) has updated his blog Nick Roche is a Bad Man, with an alternate poster with a twist for the upcoming IDW Publishing series Maximum Dinobots.

The alternate poster was created by fellow IDW Artist Chris Mowry (Reign of Starscream).

Maximum Dinobots is out now, and is penned by long time Transformers Scribe Simon Furman, with Roche performing art duties for the duration of the series. Josh Burcham (Stormbringer, AHM) on colour duties.

Weapon: Saber Blade
Two questions.

1. Does Swoop rather Seeker-like in that image?

2. Why does Grimlock's silhouette look like it's got big monster truck wheels on its shoulders?
"When there's gold feathers, punch behind you!!"

Three questions:

1. How many Dinobots are there?

2. How many Dinobots are in that picture?

3. Given the answers to 1 & 2, who do you think is the big silhouette? :)

Okay let me rephrase that:

2.5. Why does the large Dinobot's silhouette look like it's got big monster truck wheels on its shoulders?
"When there's gold feathers, punch behind you!!"

Grimlock isnt on the cover.

The Big Dinobot is Sludge.

Like Grimlock his torso splits in half and folds back into 2 wing like structures.
