Does anyone see where you can actually vote on IGN's website for this?

Searched, can't find where you vote yet. Maybe the voting was for the nominations? I'm only going on the "Winners Announced on December 13" blurb on the bottom, and using IGN's lack luster search bar. Anybody got an answer yet?
