Silverbolt (Concorde) - 1:265 - 139' 4" in robot mode.

1:310
Astrotrain is 12 cm long as a shuttle, but a real space shuttle is 3724cm long. This gives us a scale of 1:310. With a robot mode of 12cm as well, it means Astrotrain should stand 122 feet tall!

1:312
The Turbo Tank measures 4990 centimeters long, while the toy is 16 centimeters long. This means the 6.25 inch tall toy would be 162 feet 6 inches tall!

1:372
Blast Off - 1:372- 97' 8" tall. This also works for his RiD and Universe repaints.

1:642
Brave Maximus from Car Robots/RiD is said to stand 350 meters tall in the show notes. The toy stands 54.5 cm tall. This means he's 1/642 scale! With Cerebros' toy standing 14.6 cm tall, he would stand 93.7 meters tall.

If you have more for the list, or corrections, let me know.

Primus
If you go by Dreamwave Comics, Marvel Comics where seibertron is the size of saturn
Primus toy diameter is 15cm, saturn diameter is 120,536 km that would give you a scale of 1 : 2,008,900,000
Robot toy is 32cm then real robot would be 240,000km high

If you go by the G1 telvishion show where seibertron is the size of earth
Primus toy diameter is 15cm, earth diameter is 40,000km that would give you a scale of 1 : 667,920,000
Robot toy is 32cm then real robot would be 80,000kmkm high

Now unicorn I couldn’t get a good solid size on him he shifts a lot but some say

1000 km dimater the toy diamter is 20cm so a scale of 1 : 5,000,000 toy robot is 36cmtall real robot size 1,750km

40,000 km (earth size diamter) 1 : 200,000,000 real robot size 70,000km
120,000 km (saturn size diamter) 1 : 600,000,000 real robot size 210,000km

dead end reasaning he is the same scale as unicron
toy diamter is 3.5 cm and robot is 5.5cm
1000 km 1 : 5,000,000 diameter 175 km robot

40,000 km (earth size diamter) 1 : 200,000,000 diamter 7,000km robot
120,000 km (saturn size diamter) 1 : 600,000,000 diamter 21,000km robot

I'd love to see a photoshopped chart of all the main TFs in a same-scale line-up. It would give you an idea of why the Decepticons were winning the war for so long...

Yes, most Autobot cars would stand a mere 14-16 feet tall, sadly. They wouldn't stand half as tall as a seeker.

Well, that's not accurate at all if you are a Transformers comic reader though. Fortress Maximus is the same size as Ultra Magnus in some comics. Still, a good picture.

I started a scale page for Autobot and Decepticon for my Transformers RPG. I had to pick the heights of characters for the game, and I made the images of them to scale with their height in the game:

Scaleface, I was tinkering with a size chart to start my new sketch book and needed to know - do the heights you have down mark the top of the character's head, or the highest point on the toy?

It's kind of an issue with the Seekers.

Thanks

While I don't think you'll get any really useful info by comparing toys to get the characters' actual sizes, there are a couple of interesting images floating around, such as this one from the RPG:

I also have a set of scale guidelines from the '86 movie floating around my hard drive at home - I'll post those up when I get back.

Thing is, I'm not particularly interested in their canonical sizes. I'm interested in how the roster will look without mass shifting.

That is a spiffy picture though, if a tad cluttered.

I usually go with the tops of their heads for humanoid robot modes.

Do you have the key to this picture? What RPG is it from? An official one or unofficial? My scale pictures are a bit smaller. For instance I had Autobot deluxe cars at about 20 feet, but they range them from 24 to 28 feet tall.

I just saw that Cybertron Hot Shot is based on the Chrysler ME Four-Twelve concept car, which is 454 cm long or 178.7 inches long. The Deluxe toy is 14 cm long, so that's a 1/32 scale. He's about 14 cm tall in robot mode too, so he's about 14 feet 11 inches tall.

The toy is 7.5 cm long, so it's 1/61 scale.

I just added information on the Commandos from RiD.

With Ruinations official height being given as 15 meters (49.2 feet) tall, and the toy measuring 25 centimeters tall, the toy would have a scale of about 1/60. This would mean Mega-Octane would stand 11.4 meters (37.4 feet) tall, while the other Commandos would stand about 4.8 meters (15.7 feet) tall.

Funny thing is it means Ruination is about on the same scale as Micro Hot-Shot.

Rattrap is described in the show bible as being a 5 foot (152 centimeter) long rat. I'm guessing they were not counting the tail, so that makes his 11 cm long transmetal body 1:14 scale. The 15 cm Beast Machines toy would be 1:10 scale. Timelines Rattrap is 10cm tall so he's 1:15 scale.

Anyone know how long the Basic sized toy and Beast Machines Mcdonalds toy are?

Brave Maximus from Car Robots is said to stand 350 meters tall in the show notes. The toy stands 54.5 cm tall. This means he's 1/642 scale!

Rail Racer is said to stand 15 meters tall in the show notes. The toy is 24cm tall. This means he's 1/63 scale.

I just added most of the cast of Beast Wars Second to the scales.

Additionally, G1 Darkwing is a Panavia Tornado jet which is 16.72 meters long. The toy is 20cm long. So he's 1:84 scale. Toy robot mode is 17cm tall, so he would stand 14.2 meters or about 46.6 feet tall.

So the large ones are suppost to be planet sized? What are their names? I have never seen the Cybertron series, so I wouldn't know.

no the large ones arent supposed to be planet size tho from the statemet i made i can see the confusion.

In the cybertron series transforers came from differnt planets - one of them was called giant planet. The sizes taht are shown there are the size the appear in the show, the actual toys however are quite a fair bit smaller.
For example, the second tallest on the second picture - menasor, is i the same size class as the red tf infront of him (scourge)
