They are smaller versions of the gravity bots. They have to be transformed to robot mode manually.

Seibertron.com member Professor Smooth has shared some images of the Japanese Happy Meal wave 2 toys that went on sale today. These are smaller simplified Gravity Bot versions of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee that require manual transformation into robot mode. Enjoy his images mirrored below.

They transform to vehicle mode automatically (via a switch on the bottom of the vehicle mode). Unlike the original gravity bots, it doesn't work both ways.
