Space and time continuum doesn't apply to the TF universe. Just smile and nod, smile and nod. The guy manages to take the alt mode of a vehicle that hasn't been built without setting foot on Earth. :HEADHURTS:

He did not, that his Cybertronian Robot mode.If you look back at previous fiction(G1,the Prime cartooon.)You will see that many Transformers had Robot looking like their earth version

G1 logic does not apply to the films.

In movie 1 EVERYONE besides the bots and cons who were already on earth (Megatron notwithstanding) Had a Cybertronian mode. Sentinel Prime however, did not. He was already in altmode, way back when we first landed on the moon.

Wich was also before G1

Well, not entirely true if you count the prequel comics. when they show the decepticons on mars, there Cybertronian robot modes were very similar to there earth alt modes. and Sentinel Prime's robot mode on the moon wasn't exactly like his earth robot mode. There were subtle differences.
