after i saw revlimiter's clean MP SS, i knew i had to get 2 of them. one clean, and one MISB. i went a few steps further than revlimiter's ver by adding some blue, silver, symbols, and a glossy clear coat. painted the warheads in his tits silver (not shown). the gloss effect is much better than the dull stock plastic. sort of reminds me of MP skywarp's finish. it also holds together better as well. oh, and i superglued the stupid front nosecone permanently to prevent it opening.

Wow, that does look pretty. Do jets have glossy finishes though? I've read somewhere that they use flat paints on jets, but I can't verify that. I guess it doesn't really matter seeing as how most jets don't transform into robots either.

Perhaps I rant too much, but man he does look nice.

It looks awesome!!! I may have to open another of my MISB's to do one just like yours.

I kinda like the weathering, but the "clean" look has all kinds of bad assery as well.

The silver breast-a-sees are a nice touch!

nice gloss finish , i have to say i bought a alternator jazz from zhed , and i tell ya for a customizer myself he did an EXCELLENT job sealing its original color and adding the repro labels and some extra detailings ........ =)

Ahh, so you're the other guy who has a ZedzDead G1'ed Alts Jazz. I have one as well. He did a really good job with yours, extra autobot symbol and paint apps look killer! Also, the painted air dam OWNS the stupid little 2 stickers that reprolabels provide for that area.

I may update mine with those extra paint apps as soon as I get some more stuff in from reprolabels. I need a couple more autobot symbols.

THe extended racing stripes really tie everything together.

P.s these MP starscreams are selling like hot cakes , i saw 3 of them at the local walmart hiding behind some other toys in the TF section , i mean someone hid them and stacked them in top shelf i had to go get a baseball bat to try to pry them out , and then i bought 2 of em , went back to my car and then figured shud get the third for ebay or something ....... came back and saw another guy walking off with it , all jumpin for joy , i mean he was so excited he kept saying he cant believe he got one of them in this stupid walmart ..... lol ............ holiday season is crazy =P

wow, thanx guys. i know real jets dont really have glossy finishes except for commercial planes. but planes also dont transform into robots either, so i guess you have to take it w/ a grain of salt. i mainly did it to preserve the paint apps, plus it looks killer!

BTW, i miss that G1 jazz!! he was so friggin cool! i must have the binal meister; someone please help me out. i must warn b4hand, i am a cheap bastard and always looking for a deal. so no 100 dollar binals for me :p

send it to me and i'll make yours look as good or better. the more i do commissions on the same figures, the more efficient and precise they turn out. hence my G1 alt jazz custom i did for a couple of members like alienquiksilver and sainte. it's probably about a 2 day job w/ my main job thrown in. anyone want the commission done to theirs? just pm me. asking 50 for the work. you pay shipping to and fro. or i can buy one here and do it to cut shipping costs in half. thanx, zedz
