How reliable is hobby link japan?

I see a figure for sale on that site, but since I've never done business with them, I want to know how ordering through them works.

How secure is it? What payment methods do they allow? How fast is the shipping?

They are EXCEPTIONALLY reliable.

I've used them for years with no hassles whatsoever.

As far as payment options go, i've only ever used credit card, not sure if they accept anything else actually.

Shipping? They're quick to get it out from their warehouse (generally within a day or so if it's in stock and payment clears). After that it's dependant on the postal service.

Same here. 90% of my business goes to Hobby Link and BBTS. Never had any issues at all.
