Bumblethumper wrote:The German Hasbro site also has a listing for leader Bulkhead and Megatron. I'll agree with you that Bulkhead is not a character that I think many people would want additional versions of, but that hasn't stopped Hasbro in the past. Besides, we may have already seen the leader Bulkhead figure.

The Cactus wrote:What I'm more annoyed about is the distinct lack of Scout class figures in any of this year's lines, as far as I can tell. Where's the scout love?
Nekoman wrote:Still just looks like the voyager if you ask me, but I’m fairly open to Bulkhead so I guess I wouldn’t mind if they did make a leader class version.
Omega Charge wrote:I agree about that, especially Bumblebee, though I wouldn't mind Prowl staying deluxe, because his toy design is perfect, but I suppose you could recreate the whole thing smaller.
Bumblethumper wrote: Arcee and Swoop might also work well in scout class.

Omega Charge wrote:Bumblebee: "Nothing looks more out of place than a motorcycle bigger than a semi cab."
So with a scout Prowl, the Bumblebee would have to have a large alt mode with a small robot...

I can't see Hasbro spending the time an effort on a leader class bulkhead. They barely made the voyager class very big, why go leader?
This line is going to lean heavily on the deluxe class, it's just the price range most popular for the demographic, again, IMHO.
Nekoman wrote:Good points, but I couldn’t see why they would make another Bulkhead? He’s not a popular, marketable vehicle nor is he a very marketable character. If they were to make leader class animated figures, don’t you think they would pick a better character? On the other hand it is Hasbro so I wouldn’t doubt it.

I haven't heard anything yet about the Ultra Magnus toy. What is known so far?
Any speculation on what they'll do in the Supreme class?

what makes you think that bulkhead isnt a marketable character? thats your own assertion.

I’m just saying he doesn’t seem like the sort of character that would be very popular or marketable, but oh, wait, everything I say doesn’t have facts or is just my own assertion isn’t it?

if i say 'why dont they make a leader size simplified bumblebee because he is the most popular character for the under 5's' anybody could reasonably ask me 'how do you know that?' for all you know bulkhead might be the most popular character (for teh target group).
