They added two paint apps that helped the overall look of the figure, then removed a buncha details that made the test shot look so cool... and that blue... ugh...talk about one step forward and likie... three steps back

I just had to make another comment after looking the images over some more. Is this the first figure we've had where almost all of the plastic has been painted? I'm amazed at how much coloring is done on him. I mean we have anything metal painted silver, flames painted everywhere and even the Autobot symbol is filled in. Those are the kind of things that we would normally never see in lines like Energon and Cybertron except for a select few. Hasbro normally just molds everything in the correct color and that's it. Maybe some paint to bring out the eyes or for some hood striped. Color me impressed.

Looking at the pictures I see points for both that I like. On the fence, still, for a choice if I pick this one up when it comes out.

I like the way this "final version" looks but I'll just wait until Hasbro releases images of the actual version before I decide on this or leader class.

I liked the darker colors better, still hate the "backpack".

The backpack is offputting, but all things considered I quite like this.
