It's the new workplace ethics. While a suit is still preferred, you can now show up to work dressed as a tank or a plane.

Kurona wrote:Not particularly surprising; Takara loved adhering to the past and I'm not actually sure why Hasbro renamed them Titan Masters anywho.
In any case I'm adoring that retro packaging, especially with how the Headmaster is shown off in it's own little corner

They already stated that all masters themed figures starting now will be called Titan masters. That includes headmasters, target masters and possibly even power masters IF they do that. And like I said somewhere else, who cares. You'll call it whatever you want when you have it.

Yeah but there's no targetmasters or powermasters in this toyline so far despite characters who would have them - Blurr, Scourge, Triggerhappy, Powermaster Optimus Prime - being the ones that would have them, so it seems a bit pointless.
And I'm not exactly complaining, I'm just confused over the decision.
Sure there are. The Titan Masters' vehicles have Targetmaster-esque weapon modes that are wielded in hand by the larger Deluxe and Up figures.Kurona wrote:Yeah but there's no targetmasters

That's true, but those aren't exactly the Titan Master characters themselves, are they? They're just equipment.
