As cool as this one would look on the shelf next to Jetfire it isnt justifying the price. Maybe if I was a lot closer to a con location and not out in the middle of nowhere.

Not great, not bad either. If this was on a retail shelf I'd skip it and just get Jetfire.
Being part of a Botcon set and storyline makes it a bit more appealing, but not much. I'm actually more excited about the other seekers than this figure, but I still prefer Dreadwing to BugByte.

Why exactly do you hate the mold so much? I think it's a bang on homage to a classic character (jetfire that is). My only fault with it is his balance. The playability is spectacular.

I'm sorry but that is just horrible. If it wasn't for nostalgia most others would be saying the same thing. The paint clashes horribly and looks extremely bland.
Nail on the head. The lack of a pivot on his upper thigh kills the posability of the figure and made me really dislike it. Otherwise I would love it to death and call it the best thing since online porn.
