I have Photoshop CS4, if you have it, go to Window > Animation, and you can turn layers into frames, and then bash it out as an animated gif with Save for Web, pretty simple when you know what you are doing, although, I hadn't done an aimated gif in quite some years, CS4 is a bit different than ImageReady was back in the day, it looks like most of that functionality has made its way into Photoshop nowadays!

I don't like Robot Heroes at all but Circuit Breaker has me interested even just for my love of the old Marvel TF comics and how it even got to that stage with the license issues.
