Weapon: Black Magic
I really, seriously, honestly, can't understand why we need more All Hail Megatron. The reason why both this and Spotlight: Drift get re-printed/updated/revisited/whatever completely eludes me.

Some of those covers are hilarious. And the more I see of Windblade's body the more I want to see more of Windblade's body. Still don't like that face though.

If these covers are accurate they spoiled who died in DC #11...

And, no. :-(

And Galvatron's sticking around as an antagonist. This is good.

Yeah...this! You don't put this kind of info out there the same friggin' week you have a mystery death occurring in the ongoing series. Granted, it didn't actually spoil it per-se but it DID severely limit the options that were given us before as to who would not be making it to future issues and that's just about the same thing as a full on spoiler. I see no reason whatsoever why this info couldn't have waited until most of us had a chance to pick up the current issues.
It's March for crying out loud. Honestly, I don't give a rats ass whats coming out in June, I care about what's coming out in March...maybe April since it's less than two weeks away.
Sorry guys but this was simply a bullsh** move and y'all should have known better.

Now, all bitching aside... I do love the artwork on a few of those covers. Well, I like them all but 2 really stand out more than the others to me. Galvatron with the barbarian axe and the arrows sticking out of his arm. I want a full size poster of that cover. That's bad-ass to the nth level. That picture of MTMTE #30 with all the pods (including the RodPod) bailing from the Lost Light... great little nod to us G1 fans having two of the ships from the 1986 movie in there as escape vehicles. Took my memory a while to blow the dust off and kick-in but one that was truly nagging at me finally registered as being Spike and Bumblebee's escape shuttle from when they blew up Moon Base 1. A few of the other escape vehicles look familiar too, I just haven't had enough coffee yet this morning to start making all the proper connections aside from the aforementioned RodPod, Spike and 'Bees ride and the forward section of the Autobot transports from the 86' movie. Although two of those ships are reminding me of Bumblebee, mainly Movie Bumblebees head (the ship above the RodPod is where it's most apparent to me). Meh... must be the lack of caffeine.

Solicits are posted as soon as they become available, I try not to use any of the covers that spoil the current ongoing, and all of the images are contained within the post rather than the front page headline (so you could skip it until you've read the issue!).

This is not new, solicits have always come out really well in advance of the issues! We post news as it comes to us, and try making it so that it doesn't ruin the experience for others.

(And we're not the only ones: Previews World, TFW2005 (who in fact actually did spoil the death of RID 27 in their previews), TFormers, Comic Book Resources, Newsarama.. All of the major sites, really..)

My immediate thought on seeing that first cover: "And Rodimus' ego grew three sizes larger that day...".

Glad to see Galvatron is sticking around, I always did enjoy IDW's take on him.

I echo the sentiments on the Drift rerelease... why? I just hope there isn't any exclusive story stuff in comic form, because I don't particularly feel like buying that series again. I hate it in all forms of media when they try to get you to buy the same thing again because it has new exclusive content. Just release the bonus content in the first place so people can choose if they want it. :p

Galvatron the barbarian? Toy accurate? Why? Why am I not reading these comics? Why is Hasbro not giving me a leader version of this? Somebody tell me WHY?! :michaelbay:

Yes. Who knows. Because it's awesome. I suspect you grew up in the dark age of comics and thus avoid them like the plague. Because Hasbro is far more concerned with simplifying plastic designs and cutting costs, and those leader toys aren't cheap.

Just tell me... please tell me WHYYYYYYYYY :KREMZEEK:

I wouldn't worry about justifying posting the solicits. If people are so concerned about not having spoilers revealed to them they should know better than to click in a thread that reads 'Transformers June Solicitations'. If they don't care about June and only care about March and April than why are they reading June solicitations? Of course they are going to have some preview into the future. Covers included.

Anyway, stuff I will be checking out in June are....

MTMTE #30
RID #30
Windblade #3
Transformers Classics Vol 7(I've been reading these classic volumes and forgot how good the Gen 1 series was).
