Yeah we had 3 people in key positions leave, 1 by choice, 2 not so much. So I got left doing the job of training replacements, basically handling the operations manager position (I'm in IT), and handling tech support all the while trying to keep up with the pile of my own work.
Needless to say my own work didn't get done so much as when it was needed only and I was trying to keep everything else going.
I got a raise out it at least.

This has what my life has kinda been like since about July last year.
New bloke starts in a week, so I keep telling myself once he's brought up to speed I can get back to my own job.
