There too many cons, not enough bots. Is it possible to change my faction?
I need an energon donation so I can kick your butt.

Yeah should have checked before I asked the question. Good catch Phaze
If he hangs in to level 3 he will see it even out. Bots and Cons are even on level 0 (play time may very), but Cons control levels 1,3,4,6. Bots control 2,5,7,8,9

I wouldn't get your hopes up. Updates to what the staff can do may be forthcoming once Ryan has cleared his existing massive workload, but only he has the ability to switch commanders factions currently, and it does say at the start when you chose that changes aren't possible.
Keep checking back though, you never know with this game...

I believe it said that before, and there was a big change in factions a few years back, then again later, with the expansion then disbanding of the beast factions. I'm not really expecting or worried bout it. I'm back to my zen point with life again.

True, but that was the final change. We just have to hope that as Ryan finally updates our admin accesses, faction changing is one of the things he includes.
If, by 'licence' you mean dragging-unfortunates-back-from-the-dead-and-sewing-on-an-extra-pair-of-arms-for-a-laugh type of Physician, then you would be correct. Unfortunately, he's not really the doing-anything-useful type of Medic unless its leeching XP from Name_Violation, he is pretty good at that.
