It's a shame they couldn't figure out weapon storage in Rat mode.

Or there could actually be one, but tonton didn't figure out, as he gets no instructions.

What?! But then how does he know how it transforms?
Image

This guy gets it!

Not gonna lie, often times even with instructions I gotta look up a video. Great with software but not with things in hand. My work doesn't let me use power tools

Rattrap looks awesome considering the supposed goal was to scale robot modes between G1 and Beast Wars characters. Rattrap is sized similar to Bumblebee which, after seeing the two in the IDW comics next to Starscream, looks accurate to me. I eagerly await these rumored pics of Cheetor and Blackarachnia as well.

To those asking about Kingdom Rattrap’s scale, he is just a bit shorter in robot mode next to Netflix Bumblebee, who in turn is about the same height as Earthrise Cliffjumper. You can see this demonstrated in TonTon’s review.

That's what I'm talking about, to me this is the perfectly scaled Rattrap for this particular trilogy and release. My younger bro still has a Fox Kids' Transmetal Rattrap MOSC and we both want the Kingdom Rattrap.

Pics of Warpath, too. I did a little digging on TFW, and apparently the pics aren't really floating around, only a few people have seen them and they aren't showing them to anyone. They're describing them though; Cheetor's cheetah mode is apparently sublime but the robot mode might be a bit iffy (possibly mistransformed) and he comes with a tail scythe that looks just like his transmetal toy's weapon, and Warpath is a regular tank (not an H-tank) and has a cannon chest. I didn't see anything about Blackarachnia.

A Warpath that isn't an H-tank? Good

Just hope he's not too much taller then Bee/Cliff since I'm fine with him being slightly taller then other Minibots but I don't want him to be the size of the Generations version, which is a great toy (don't own it but I've seen and fiddled with it) but that Warpath is more fitting with the "modern reinvention" type stuff Generations/Classics was initially doing.

Would someone please tell me what an "H-tank" is? Google isn't being helpful, nothing but Oxygen and Nitrogen containers. Is it the split treads?

It's the kind of tank Armada Megatron turned into, the kind with four separate sets of treads spread out like a letter H:

A shame too, I really wanted to see that Warpath. :-(
At this rate though, It's probably only a matter of time until someone leaks them, So there's that. ;)

Ah, gotcha. And I am going to guess, after looking at Siege and TR Megatron, that an H-tank is an easier transformation because the treads do not need to appear solid. TR Megatron has those folding flaps of treads. I am now even more interested in seeing Kingdom Warpath. Kapow!

Blackarachnia looks spectacular, but also with that back shell-thing and that thigh design there is NO WAY this mold isn't getting retooled into Tarantulas.

Cheetor looks pretty good, I was not expecting him to have his Transmetal tail-whip thing but I like it, and I like the way they did the leg transformation.

Warpath isn't fully transformed, so this obviously isn't 100% accurate, but he looks alright? No sign of the shield the leakers mentioned, which is interesting.

EDIT: Also I think I can see some blast effect nubs on Warpath, and there were a few on the leaked Cyclonus from forever ago, which would suggest that only the BW guys are skipping them.

Yep. A couple of guys on TFW who had seen leaked pics were arguing about Cheetor, and that sent the entire thread into a frenzy of people begging to be PMed the leaks. I guess one of the leakers acquiesced, because not 5 minutes later, someone turned around and posted them on 4chan saying something along the lines of "screw this secret frat bullcrap. This is what you get." Meaning some jagoff leaked the images knowing it would get someone fired, all because he was jealous about not initially getting to see early pictures of toys.

Full disclosure: This guy broke the rules and deserved to get fired. But it was really petty of the 4chan poster to share the images knowing what would happen.

I mean, if you're gonna leak **** on the internet you aren't supposed to be leaking, at least have the sense to hide your identity and personal info. And if you're given leaks you aren't supposed to have, then don't go bragging about how you have them but refuse to show them.

No doubt whomever escalated things is a jagoff, but anyone who has access to proprietary information that is not for the public to know yet and decides to get their 15 minutes of internet fame by sharing their secret knowledge is really an idiot in their own right. If you are a collector and fan and also get to work for/with Hasbro in some fashion that gives you early info on things, why in the hell would you jeopardize that?

I agree, but that was still a really petty reason to leak the images.

Really, Combiner Wars was the golden age of leaks. Remember the the Computron puzzle where some guy on Weibo leaked various images of Computron's box art in various sizes and we had to try to piece it together? That was great, and didn't reveal anyone's identity to boot.
