The reaction alpha trions pretty good for what it is, if a bit small maybe they could do a Red version.
As for where this bee fits into the lines maybe siege was meant to have legends sized figures after all and this was cybertronian bee :p and they thought na, we pushed our luck fooling them with the rest of the cybertronian modes.
Would have been cool for slammer to be this size or core class freeing up a slot in the deluxes for Tarantulus or terorsaur.
I have seen and thought about the ReAction Alpha Trion and the 3rd party one from a while ago. The first is not quite there and the latter is way too expensive. Now a RED Alpha Trion would be great and a perfect character for that line.
But RED works in it's own garbage scale. RED Alpha trion would be way too small to be part of any collection.

I kinda doubt this comparison is accurate. A Bee that small would be legion class-sized, and this Bee looks way more complex than I think is really feasible at that size (like having thigh swivels). I think it's more likely that this is standard core-size and has 5mm hands for whatever reason.
I think it's just a matter of whoever did this composite image doing a bad job. Those 3mm fist holes don't match at all, Bee's are way smaller than Prime's. Bee should be closer in size to Prime when they match. Still shorter, but with more bulk.
Trying to do this myself it looks like this:
Doesn't really work with the rest of the Core Class IMO.

william-james88 wrote:Yup, I have no clue why now all of a sudden it should change. Core class is no different than the evergreen toys or any of those 1$ minifigs. It's the common characters all at the same price point.
Anyways, I realized that Cyclonus is the only figure from wave 1 with no video review yet. Wondering what is taking so long, a bunch of people have him now due to the gift box sent by hasbro.

Most of the people who got those box sets aren't video reviewers. They're site owners of influencers. As far as I know, no reviewers got the Kingdom box set. I know of one who got some boxset from Earthrise. I think because most reviewers cover 3rd party and KOs Hasbro doesn't want to deal with them.

PvP got SS86 figures, not Kingdom.
Well, you're the man around here, Chuckdawg...I don't care what nobody says!!!chuckdawg1999 wrote:Nope, maybe I was talking about it but I didn't get it. I'd be floored if Hasbro sent something like that to me as I feel there are quite a few reviewers up the food chain from me.
I agree with you; Chuck's a great part of the site.just_aCloud wrote:Well, you're the man around here, Chuckdawg...I don't care what nobody says!!!chuckdawg1999 wrote:Nope, maybe I was talking about it but I didn't get it. I really thought I remembered Peaugh getting a set of both Earthrise tail enders and Kingdom wave 1, but maybe I am misremembering

Scourge is Studio Series 86, not Kingdom. I know, confusing...

What I mean is why is Scourge the one who's sort of sold out on Amazon but Cyclonus is still up for preorder.

And his wavemate Hot Rod?

The T30 Gears/Swerve mold sticks out because of its age, does it still hold up with the rest?

Pipes has been talked about by the TFW leakers. From what we know, he was designed with Huffer to share a mold and both have their unique designs.
The T30 Swerve mold is fine, but I don't think it's held up over time. It felt pretty simple even among the T30 Legends with Cosmos and Shrapnel still feeling like "current" figures and Swerve feeling more dated. Of all the minibots, I think Gears/Swerve are the only ones really needing an update.
