Ya know, I can't recall seeing a picture of this guy with his shoulder turned out...that would be somewhat disappointing if he was confined to wearing two arm slings...

I really like that head sculpt. My wallet thanks Warbotron for making these so big because if they were deluxe scale, I'd probably have started to replace my FP Bruticus.

I might have had the same temptation were it deluxe scale, but these guys are all about bot mode for me; the combined mode leaves much to be desired, IMO.

Lucky for my wallet, Microblaze is getting my Bruticus dollars. The Platinum Edition Bruticus + MBC Onslaught only put me back $175 vs. Warbotron, which is closer to $475-$500. Plus, I get a gaudy Grimlock!

I hope those are the final colors on Swindle, because he looks AMAZING!!! Much more exciting than the previous two Combaticons. His expression is well done and very apt for the character. It might be time to start investing in these guys...

Any taller i might not have jumped on board but these are a little bit smaller than Gen Springer and almost a head shorter than Hegemon which is spot on for me .

I had no plans of getting these, but they look pretty sweet with Hegemon, and perfectly scaled to the Generations voyagers... I still have no compunction to buy them any time soon, BUT I might consider them on sale, or in one of those lots of 5 the retailers put together once they're all out and about.

I highly recommend these..well Brawl (waiting on the other two) but i fully expect them to be just as good .Fun transformation tight joints both modes are solid . I think these are perfect in height and sculpt and I will never need to consider another offerings .

Only two minor issues . The screws are too tight on the the forearms which stops the bicep from sliding in smooth a simple loosening of the screws helps solves the problem .

The hand guns have two tabs on either side of the handle and the hand only has one groove to fit one of the tabs so i had to sand one down to fit .

These guys look amazing, but ...
A) I think Hegemon is too tall.
B) I think Springer's way too tall. and
C_ I think Blitzwing's also way too tall!

lol. I've got issues with the scale among my Classic Decepticons. The Autobots have worked out so much better; probably because most of them are cars.

I dunno, I've always found most of the Deluxe class Autobots to be way too small and flimsy looking. Their limbs often don't really look like limbs because they're basically slightly thick panels with fists on them/hands on them and a lot of detail is lost due to the tininess of them that would certainly be there in a Voyager or larger toy. I also think that, much like with the Constructicons, that given the vehicle forms of the Combaticons, that it makes sense for them to be scaled up a bit compared to the likes of the Stunticons.

This set is sooooo tempting for me right now it's ridiculous. I'm still not sold on the combined form, but once I see it in living color (and not prototype-gray) I might just end up changing my mind and pulling the trigger on these guys. They've nailed both the bot and vehicle modes for all of them so far so it's pretty hard to resist, especially considering what I've seen in reviews and comments so far about their quality.

I agree with Xyl360 .

Voyagers are much more appealing to me now . While i like a handful of hasbro deluxe i hate to look at my

shelf and see how tiny most of them are . my

are beefing up quite nicely as most of them are voyagers it's just a shame to look at Cyclonus(tempted to get KFC) or Thunderwing and see how tiny they look compared .

Ever since hegemon , orion , springer and blitzwing came out they started a new love for bigger transformers .
