Has the game been reset?
And if so, why was there no email warning? Was it a server crash?
I did try to check the forums, but it kept throwing up and asking me to choose a faction.
If i do click on a faction, will it wipe all my old character biographies? Are they wiped already?
I ask these because over the years there have been many threats of a reset, but nothing ever came of them. I would like to see what my final stats were.

Short version: The last 8 or so months, and lots of back ups, were lost due to combination of issues. Everyone has been reset, all previous team datas were lost. So yes, there was a reset, you need to pick a faction and start again.
