So, what made you choose to be of the faction you are?

For me, i just thought that the Autobots whas the good guys. Though, my team was originally thought to be non-factioned, but i had to choose, so...

It also seems that more people choose to be Decepticons. I tried to join some missions, but all over, it was, like, 0 `bots, and 6 `cons. So i pretty much had to send my `bots into a suicide mission.

I allways found the autobots boring, since most of them ranged from various cars to alts whose purpose was defense, except for the dinobots (yeah, dinosaurs that transform into robots are allways cool). While the Decepticons were various instruments of destruction from the start.

It just depends on the time of day you're on whether or not there are a bunch of cons or a bunch of autobots. If you're not getting backup in the missions, try the arena until you've got enough upgrades.

I joined the autobots because there wasn't a lot of higher XP/Level Autobots compared to the cons.

I'm an Autobot mostly because my faction was phased out of the game for the time being(I'm still praying we come back one day)

I joined the cons when this game first started. It seemed at the time more players were signing up to be autobots, so I thought I would help even the sides. Now after many chances to switch and a couple of resets, I still remain a con because we are just that much cooler. B-)

originally i joined the Preds because i HATE beast machines. I hate the obnoxious monkey priest and his teen angst sidekick. i hate the wheeled rat and the damsel in distress spider. its the worst tf franchise ever!!!

but then the pred faction went the way of the dodo, so now i got stuck in the rusting relic party, but it still beats bein a pansy bot

Originally I started out as a Bot then went Maximal, cause I like being a goody-two-shoes.

Why I joined the cons... hmm, guess I'm still the same as before, just with a purple insignia now.

for me it is not so much the faction i liked as a kid, more of my HMW team, and how i wanted them to be. I tried being a BOT,Maxi, but my bios/mottos just did not fit, and even was a pred for a bit, but when it comes down to it the cons are the true evil ones, and evil begets evil i guess and to me the Cons make it easy to have a TFs with a true warriors soul , also #s do not lie an i like to fight for what i get in games,not get it handed to me,just makes the game more fun if you got to climb up the ladder instead of being pulled up by the masses. IMHO

I chose cons because they always seemed to have the more interesting personalities. Oddly enough it seems to hold true to the players on the con side too. B-)

I liked how (at the time at least) the decepticons were the most forum active faction, and I really didn't fancy being on the receiving end of one Burn's then high level cons

when deciding, names from mafioso films kept coming up for me... so joining the 'bot faction seemed counterintuitive.

Was an easy decision for me. I've always liked bad guys from a young age and since my favorite is a Decepticon it was only natural to join his side.

i joined my current faction due to a mistake shouldn't have left the faction selection screen up, while i was away from the computer and while my young cousin was nearby. i joined the cons when i started because i like the decepticons. i played for the preds for a while but the player imbalance got to me. i tried the bots and found the forums dead. so i returned home to the cons. then the reset hit and... here i am
