What system are you playing these days?

My house has a Wii, PS3, and PS2 that are all active. The PS2 is only for import games and the PS3 is the only one getting any plat at all right now.
My Wii has been collecting dust ever since the Smash scene died down.

two ps2's-one set up to play discs...okay ff12 is the only thing i play on it. The other has a busted dvd laser so is used solely for bootlegs/dl's off a hd.
Does my computer count? emulators are fun and let me relive old games without breaking the bank.
I have a GBA around here somewhere...
the wife wants a wii...i havn't gotten around to getting it yet.
she also wants a psp

PSP
DS Lite
A still-with-the-living-somehow SNES (Which I will now name Abe Vigoda)
And if you include it, my PC.
Currently, my PSP is getting a lot of attention, what with the PlayStation Store having recently come to PSP.

However had you asked this question 2 weeks ago the answer would have been the PS2 - for Dragonball Z Infinite World.
However the gf powers on the Gamecube for Animal Crossing near every day, and my DS usually gets at least 2 hours play on it a day as well.
And come the school Holidays the N64 will get it's summer workout, the kids love the original Smash Brothers more than the new one for Wii.

The thing thats been taking most of the time is the 360, since there is really nothing coming out for the PS2 and still can't afford a PS3 at the moment.

I've been jumping between a couple games for the PS2: Rock Band, The Red Star and FFXII, but I'm taking an extended break from that one. Not a big fan of Final Fantasy in general.
Last night I swapped out Super Street Fighter 2 for Streets of Rage 2 on my Genesis. I have an official Capcom fighting stick, but I'm afraid I'll end up with carpal tunnel if I keep resting my wrists on the gamepad.

I've been told that the Wii and the Ds' we own have been collecting dust since the summer. There just aren't enough good games out at the moment, especially on the DS.
The Wii will be getting a lot of attention again now though, what with rockband coming to our living room this christmas. Plus, there are a few Wii titles I'm looking to pick up, so it'll be getting plenty of love.
Also buying a 360 in the new year. That'll be getting constant love, as it'll be staying with me at uni.

Well he is right, there aren't that many good games out for the DS.
Sure there's Chrono Trigger, whenever it comes out, but it's easy to get a ROM of, and if you're lucky you can get it on the SNES and play it the way it was meant to be played.
as for FF IV, it's boring.
However, Dragon Quest 4 should be coming out soon, and that will rock.

He said recently, and I just mad a list of a few recent games. I could make the list bigger.

Chrono Trigger DS came out last month. November 25 was the US release date.

It didn't get the world's best reviews. I wouldn't recommend it. Let's face it, as far as TF games have a very poor track record.

There itself is the problem and its solution. Being in the UK those titles most likely aren't out yet. However, they will be soon enough!
I also admit that my gaming tastes are rather narrow-minded. I'm not one to go crazy and try a game I've never played before (hence my huge pile of mario, zelda and metroid games
That does remind me. I need to pick up the orange box when I get a 360...

I'm something of an obscurist myself and tend to avoid the big-budget mega-blockbusters... but since picking up DS a few years ago, I've reacquainted myself with the classic Nintendo standbys. It helps that we've come to expect a certain level of quality from them (unlike SEGA these days... post-SA2 Sonic, yelch).
