I have more Soundwaves looking me than anyone should perhaps have, let's see there's a G1 pre-rub (he's in the box without stickers applied), the TRU reissue with the soundblaster door and ravage and laserbeak, and an MP-13 with all cassettes with a bird on his shoulder, one on his arm, and he's pressing his eject button (kind of).

I also have the hasbro mp-02 that I will forever regret opening, his QC was so horrible he has a paint bubble in his eye, a huge gash on his leg, and the birds were so stiff Laserbeak actually broke in my hand and I decided against transforming buzzsaw as he had the same issues (fins were locked essentially). That one's cursed so it's consigned to the closet until I can replace Laserbeak and get rid of it. (Every. Other. Tape. on ebay but never just a laserbeak!) Oh and I'll be getting the newest g1 reissue when it comes out too and add it to the the wall. Probably one to keep MISB and one to mess around with if I can get them at MSRP. Might even get the g1 KO that's out there just because it's an early mold. Eventually I want a cassette man (Taiwan KO will likely do) and a g1 with rubsign preferably CIB like my other one. Can't have too many Soundwaves!

Is it weird that even though I quite like some Linkin Park songs I have no urge to own their version? Maybe it's because of how he died.

I have quite a few Soundwaves sitting right behind me as well. So many that I had to put the cassettebots on their own shelf.

It's based on the same source the Lucky Draw figure is based on, the Unicron of Light from Armada/Micron Legend. The TFWiki entry is found here: https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Unicron_of_Light Neither figure is particularly screen accurate, but this one is a little closer.

All the talk of Cartoon Accurate MP+, while not necessarily Masterpiece, I wouldn't turn down a screen accurate Unicron.

That is to say, minus all the Unicron Trilogy kibble.
