What the hell is up with You tube?

Has anybody else noticed that You Tube has been running very slow as of late? I've checked my PC and I don't have spyware and you tube is the only site that runs so slow. Anybody else having this problem?

I thought it was just my connection, but videos seem to take forever to load as of late.
