I almost have enough experience to get my first upgrade. What's good in this game?

And is the x-ray laser the best free weapon?

Intelligence is useless until a high level. Go for Courage at first

Depends on your alt mode
Speed if you have Dodge
Strength if you have Ram
Firepower is the trigger for most Strafe, however at 0 you will benefit more from Courage.

IMO: Strength should be the first 4 points unless you have Dodge as you will have a harder hitting character and get more damage than most weapons. You also get the added bonus of putting on mitigation armor (LEVEL 0 will be a minor but it is still better than nothing).

If you have a Strafer / Avoider alt then go to speed / courage.

Quick Breakdown:
Strength : Raw Damage /ability to wear armor
Intelligence : Trigger for some abilities
Speed : Ability to hit / Avoid
Endurance : Damage mitigation
Rank : Level of armor you can wear (useless till about 2 then about 6 then 10). Armor does a bit of phyiscal damage and mostly weapon reduction
Courage : Frequency of Attacks
Firepower : Level of weapon you use. Unless you are a strafer save the points and invest them into Strength as you will get a more constant attack damage and higher attack rate
Skill : Compliment to the Firepower / Ability trigger.

And Burn, I wasn't really trolling here, it's been a long time and I didn't know if anything had changed...and I do remember things being tweaked back in like 2007 or so. Courage used to be best for everything but after those tweaks I remember it not being so great.

So refresh my memories...

1. Does increase strength increase damage from a weapon or just damage from kicks/punches and ram?
2. Does intel increase the amount of healing done in a repair?
3. Does increasing speed increase probability of an avoid or just increase probability of an opponent missing you with a weapon/kick/punch (and increasing your chance of hitting them)?
4. Will these questions ever be answered since this board seems to have next to no activity?
