Nevermind if it's a TF name, you probably have a reason for picking just that TF. Otherwise (in my case), explain away!
Mine comes form a comic:
Biddybot wrote:Biddybot comes from my fondness for Beasties/Beast Wars, as in: if I were a bot in the Beasties universe, I'd be a gnarly old female chicken or 'biddy', hence Biddybot. I'm also a 'biddy' in real life--I'm a gnarly old human female--so the name is doubly appropriate!
Unfortunently, I don't think a single person has ever picked up on either aspect, so as usernames go, it's a total failure--I STILL get mistaken as male and I've yet to hear a chicken crack. I've had better luck with my other two usernames, Heimchen and Pretty Katydid. Some folks have expressed that they do know what a 'Heimchen' is, both in its literal and figurative sense, and katydids are pretty much katydids, even when one's the subject of a certain classic poem...("I love to hear thine earnest voice...")...

In high school, a friend started an e-zine that had a message board. There, the discussion degenerated into some modest cyberbullying (before it was a fad! ), like when someone posted my home address on a gay Yahoo singles board, with directions, and said I like surprise visits! Good times! (For the record, there were no visits )
After the web site closed, these guys brought back the message board, which I avoided for a bit, but people where wondering where I went. So when I caved and registered, I chose the grammatically incorrect "It His Him." My friends welcomed me back with open arms, and immediately shared an image of The Receiver from Goatse.xe, blown up to fill the entire screen. (A note for our younger readers: if you don't know what that is... don't google it!)

I re-googled it.
It still packs punch.
