Which transformers have the most ridiculous alt modes?

Ejector. He turned into a frikkin toaster. Cool...but why?
The twins in icecream truck mode
Roft soundwave
G1 rodimus prime (yeah I said it)
Aoe drift ok, I love his overall design, but a million dollar car that shifts into a cybertronian helicoptor? I m not seing him blend in in either mode, really...
Then again the movies are horrible about this. Optimus as a rusty truck was so easy to find, but those million dollar custom supercars? They are just frikkin invisible I guess.

While its fun to see what ridiculous means to different people, the person that first suggested this topic meant it in a way of ridiculous looking. Like this Dragon Optimus turns into:

Transformers Go! Optimus ExPrime Gallery
Objects that dont work as disguises are fair game as well but there seems to be a distinction between ridiculous looking and illogical. "Ridiculous" seems to mean all of this.

How about Cybertron Primus's "Battle station" mode? It's just a half-transformed planet with tons of guns. When would anyone need that?

Maybe specifiy it in the title? Ridiculous alt modes in toy form?
Well, kind of similar to Soundwave lamp post, Optimus Maximus from TF:Prime. You just make him sit on his back. Soundwave lamp post, you make him stand and bend forward at the chest.

As you should. It's still pretty ridiculous looking though...
How about Gari Robo-kun's "Flavored Ice pop" mode? I know he's not a Transformer per se, but still...

Depends how many heads you've got I suppose.
How about a camera that needs three robots, and just as much other junk, to form?

To be honest I dont find these more or less ridiculous than a tape recorder or a cassette or a microscope or any other household object (which means if you think those are ridiculous, than this obviously is too). And they were just promotional toys right?

Hat and shoe(s) yes, they were. Though I can't remember what that range was called at this time.

Wasn't it 'Sports Label' or something just as boringly functional?

Always found the G1 Minibots a bit silly in toy form. Yes, in fiction they were (usually but not always) draw more realistically but the toys were meant to be representative of actual toy vehicles and so looked too cutesy and out of scale with the others (I had Bumblebee posed next to Sideswipe, Jazz, Trailbreaker and Smokescreen all in vehicle mode and he really stood out for all the wrong reasons).
I have anxiety, depression and aspergers syndrome so my behaviour can be erratic. I don't mean offense to anyone. Just very picky about my Transformers collecting. You're all cool!
Likes: Bayverse, Marvel UK G1, Geoff Senior art, '86 movie (more for style/soundtrack rather than Star Wars plot)
Dislikes: Bumblebee movie (lousy rehashed dumb crud), TFA, G1 cartoon, IDW G1, BW/BM, MP. The entire concept of Autobot Megatron

Probably never helped that the mini bots came from another different toy line then the others

It did? Which one? I thought there was just microman and diaclone in the beginning (such a rich history).

Okay so after a little digging around the minibots are indeed from the microchange line but they are done in the choroQ style of cars that takara first created years previously (their trademark being super deformed vehicles with little pull back motors).
