I think the its Hook, green relating to G1 and also he could be a bounty or tribal Decepticon as he has three Autobots symbols crossed out with 2 humans, these are the victims of his from the time he has been on earth. :BOT: / :BOT: / :BOT: /

I also think that Motormaster is the strongest candidate. However, it also could be Scourge, assuming Bayverse can use ideas from 2001 RID.

They did use Lockdown from Animated so anything is possible.
