Bold words for some who starts the insults, You seem way to uptight man. I just said giving this toy a 10/10 is uneducated as there are better and cheaper transformers out there and.. no tf toy should be getting a 100% score, there's always something wrong but we've come a long way. there are simply too many flaws in the leader prime for it to be getting a perfect score.

for instance, my torso doesn't (never has) stick properly in the robot mode (it keeps falling back in non-standard poses)
There hasn't been a good solution for the rear wheels, in robot mode they seriously limit it's pose ability.

It's far too plasticky, even compared to the 20th anniv. DVD edition (I would've loved a chrome grill, fenders, rims and smokestacks on this one.)

I'd say a 10

If you want the "real" movie prime, then this is the one to get

His size is like a 1/18 scale

His transformation is complex, so if your older you could appriciate that, his wheels are made with rubber, not hard plastic.

39.99 retail, dont pay a penny more at some convention so check out k-merts, walmarts, and even targets, It's been a while, but I'd say toys r us too, they should have like every transformer related thing

This was the first TF toy from the movie I bought, absolutely stunned by the complexity of the transformation process on it (What human could think up something like that???), OK there are a few issues (The gun, the lack of chrome, bit blocky, No sword, my own hate is the flimsy clips on the back of the legs) but as far as toys go it's brilliant, It's comprimised from the Movie in all the right places without losing the look of the character. I love the poseability and i'm sure that one day they'll release an ultimate version probably for 3 times the price that IS chromed, DOES have a gun etc... but for £40 you're getting a really nice piece!

It's funny because if you look at the original 80's Prime, he looks so damn basic! although most of us have fantastic memories of playing with him, I would love to be a child again with this as my first Prime toy!

YES 10 out of 10!

Since when did I start the insults? Last i remember you was the one throwing around the word "uneducated" at people, and giving snide remarks about how stupid people must be to have thought the plastic on leader prime was die cast at first glance.

You need to go and re-read your posts me friend, instead of just trying to pass the blame.

I just got my Leader Prime...was gonna purchase it already but someone from Paramount sent my cousin the Leader Meg and Prime and he gave it to me since he's not into Transfomers...the Prime figure is ok, but I would like more articulation on the neck...instead of just turning left and right. Its a little blocky and the pieces with the two tires on the back of his legs are just too blocky and hinders leg articulation. On my prime, his automorph on his feet doesn't wanna hold its position, like if you lift the figure up the toes would fold back under. I took everything apart and tightened the main screw inside and that made it better but its still loose...anyone else has this same problem?

I give a 9.5:

He's got a ton of articulation, but what's missing is pretty big (waist, head on the Y axis): -0.2

The way they used his arms to form the bed of the truck - his forearms are terribly thick as a result: -0.2

If they're going to include a sound when you press the automorph switch to bring his head out, the lease they could have done is made it sound like the classic transformation sound.: -0.1

I was going to complain about the lack of a sword, but I found a sword that I just stick in his frighteningly flexible hands. The gun is kinda dumb, but I just removed mine for now, keeping it in the box so it doesn't disappear on me.

I should mention, he's my first Transformer since I got a Headmaster Fangry when he was brand new...

I want to Transformation sound as well, but this one is pretty cool too. It's hard to please everyone with different opinions on sound devices.

Leader Prime is the flagship Transformer of the movie line. Take him home today! :P

Hahaha and his brother Megs gets no love. He doesn't deserve it for a flagship toy though.

*sigh* please quit trying being a hero.. I'm the one who thought it was die-cast at first and as I explained in my post, I was "uneducated" as well, since this was the first TF I bought in 15 years and was really amazed.
After buying more TF's (all MP's, couple of alternators etc.) I found that it's actually still good, but Leader Prime is not such a big step forward as I first thought.

Let's just.. leave the rest of the viewers out of this discussion.

Neliz...you're not going to ingratiate yourself with the rest of us if you keep this up.

Use a modicum of common sense, it goes a long way.

One having an opinion does not mean that person is uneducated. By any means.

Some find the positives on Leader Class Prime to be so good to the point of giving it a 10/10. That's their opinion,
that's their right.

You (and some others) don't find it to be perfect, and gave it a lesser rating. Plus you find other figures to have a higher spot on your list. That's your opinion, and it's your right.

Here's the thing...in this issue, neither side is uneducated.
It doesn't take rocket science to formulate an opinion on the figure. All you have to do is look at it and combine it with your tactile responses to form that final opinion.

Now, I'd say if you couldn't do that, then perhaps one might be uneducated.

I do know two things, however...

1.) You could use a few of the pointers contained in "How To Win Friends And Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. But, focus more on the friend thing, and less on influencing those around you.

2.) You've incited the ire in a few people and it's not necessary. You had your say, Sonray had his, and it's time you just backed off.

You had some good points, but lost the overall battle once you took any respect we had for you, and threw it out the window.
NOTE: Realize that I am not a perfect Christian, nor do I profess to be. I apologize if anyone's ever offended by me, I'm not perfect. Don't hold my posts and opinions against other Christians.

So now, not only are we uneducated, but we're illiterate as well?

No. Sorry to burst your bubble, but we're not.

And it's not the language barrier. (Nice try btw...)

But after all of this? You've completely lost any respect, and I'm done with this thread. It's one thing to defend your opinion, it's another to insult the people who disagree with you. You crossed that line and I'm done.

Forget you.
