If I recall correctly, TFMaster's Scrapper was a dye test. It was OK but nothing I guess replaces a nice paint job. Our robot head are pretty much the same. Last night I painted his mouth plate silver and added some black paint under the eyes to make sure the eyes and mouth plate are seperated....It looked too much like a sharkticon face.

I looked at screencaps and Scrapper has eyes and not a visor but I could be wrong.. Cartoon made heavy animation errors.

Scrapper's Comic book incarnation, as he appears in MtMtE #2, shows him with a visor and full mouth plate. He has no face at all.

He's has a visro and mouthplate in the show as well. For good screen caps of it.

Scrapper looks awesome! Not only do I love that mold, but you picked just the right colors. Not as garish as the original Constructicon colors, and just the right amount of purple. Can't wait to see the rest of 'em.

Yeah they're old, and I've taken much better ones since. I really need to update that site especially since I'm still paying for it.

Anyhow, Scrapper did appear with a visor and mouthplate with the top of his nose usually showing. He was almost always depicted as such with a few exceptions. In "Desertion of the Dinobots Part 1" Scrapper is depicted with a thin visor, a small mouthplate, and most of his nose and cheeks showing. There was also an ep were he was depicted with two eyes, though I'd have to do more digging to figure out which episdoe that was. He reminded me of Snaptrap in that shot.

'Tis true! Billy said pretty much the same thing to me once. He could dye things if he wanted and it usually looked good, though he did state that painting a figure was usually the best route. It's the only way to quarantee a consistant color and it usually looks better.

Yes, now I want to pick up a spare Landmine somewhere and make my own Classics Scrapper.

I'd be content if I could just get all the repainting done and worry about a possible way to combine them later.

Heh, thats a cool piece of work there ptitvite, can't wait to see it all finished!
I hope we get to see images of all 6 figures, in all three modes each (bot, alt & combination piece) along with images of the whole thing combined. I can't wait.

That scrapper bash is Awesomeness!
By the way,did anyone else hate the fact,that in the first cartoon appearance of Devastator,his face kept changing between eyes or visor?
