WTF stasis lock and no record

The last two times I sent my guys into missions, they came back completely stasis locked, with no record available of what happened. I don't think they got any XP either.

Is HMW broken?

Unless this is more current in wich case I'd say you entered the mission very close to the limit. I've had it happen you think your in and you come out with stasis and no log.
