Hey IB, what level were you up to before the reset? I have a vague memory of you being up there but we didn't have you on the forums much.

Oh boy, testing the memory huh... I remember a time when my whole team was at least level 3, and my most frequent players were 4. Here's the thing: I signed up for Seibertron in high school, after discovering the game. I just finished my master's degree this spring. So I've been off and on for a loooong time.

Edit: So, for all you old heads, I remember... when the game was still set against the dark background. When Strength only increased your attack power with physical attacks. When Ryan had his own bot at the top of the rankings and would occasionally come over and tweak the game. When there were so many fewer alts to choose from and they didn't rotate. When there was no automatic CR for missions. When the AWC had its own site and I was a member. When that damn jet alt I'm hunting was an Autobot alt. When there were no two-tactic alts. When there was speculation that Rank also made you more of a target, and Intelligence made your bots select better targets (I don't know if that speculation was EVER true.) When there was chatter of a version of the game with a map of Cybertron and missions to determine control of different sectors.

Sorry to get all reminiscent, but it's been on my mind.

If I only had time now to actually do it. Man three months ago and things were just fine.

I'm currently making way more Energon than I could ever spend (unless I re-armor every 'Bot on my team every day), so I don't mind sharing the wealth at all, if it helps the Autobot cause. I know that Vic probably doesn't even really need the €, and perhaps even Jack doesn't need it any more, but hey, if they're asking, I share.
Yup, work can be a bitch, especially at the end of the year and just after the new year. Everyone asking for reports, end-of-year results, and right now we are also moving to a new office. Been cutting in on my playing time, too, and it will until late January :-( .

I've been tinkering with some of my builds lately, so I ran myself out pretty quick. I appreciate your assistance with getting me back on my feet.

Hey Vic. Consider me your personal bank man. If you need help with any energon just let me know and I will send you what ever you need.

I seem to remember your name from the mission results a lot.

And I know what you mean about being for a long time. Like you I signed up when the game launched ... 8 years ago. I think it's safe to say that for those of us who have played since the beginning, life has definitely changed along the way.

Amazing how much more time I had as a high-schooler to be checking in and playing, even using the computer at the gas station I worked at to play! And then that time just kind of disappeared in 6 years of "higher" education...

But now I find it a great release/distraction from the PhD applications I'm working on! Write a little, check my bots... read a little, check my bots...

Oh it's great as a distraction. I've always argued if you're working on a computer all day, things like this and Solitaire are a great five minute break.

Unfortunately most of us end up working at places where one or both are blocked.

This weekend push has eaten my small energon reserves. Now I see why I don't usually play weekends.

I sent you another € 100,000. Hope you can put it to good use: feel free to ask for more as needed.

You guys rock so much. Now...if Zordon and I can catch up on Anshin's game...

It is completely doable man. You guys actually in a really good position because you can decimate the lower ranks and Zordon has the upper spectrum. That and if you were to post locking out some of their team you can shut down their ability to gain kills really fast.

Yeah, I wasn't able to check on any lock-out opportunities this weekend as I was playing on my phone. After seeing we only posted 3 kills in the first day, I felt I had to try to play on my busy weekend. I'll eyeball it for this week though. :BOT:

If you paid more attention to HMW, you'd have seen that he rallied the active ones on the board.
