I looked, and didn't see a thread like this, so forgive me if there already is one.

Anyway, what was the best figure you purchased or recieved this year, for any reason? For argument sake, we will limit it to official product, even though t hat technically eliminates my #1 pick.

For me, its Masterpiece Hotrod. I received him as a birthday gift, and that is really why he stands out. My wife tolerates, but doesn't this little hobby of ours. For her to purchase a transformer, and a Masterpiece at that, really shows just how freaking awesome she is. This one would make Roddy my favorite figure, but I've actually really come to love him.

When first announced, I wasn't to thrilled with him. That backpack is just the worst. Over time, as I countinued to play and fiddle with him, I've come to really love him. He truelly is a Masterpiece.

While I would love to let this thread continue, he is correct, there isn't one YET. Va'al is working on our end of year article so if everyone could hold off for just a little bit longer, I promise you this discussion WILL happen. :-D
