The only bot in the movie to have balls to take down a building in ROTF was Devastator.

Dont laugh, if it's not funny, 'cause I REALLY stink at jokes.

He actually came up with the idea himself. If you watch the bonus DVD that comes with the Bumblebee CD case, there's some footage where he just blurts out the idea of Devastator with a pair of [wrecking] balls during a discussion.

(Frenzy looking around Sam’s room, then noticing the fish staring at him) Ahh!

Simmons: ah Nokias a real nasty, you be careful with the Japanese, they know the way of the samurai.
Maggie: Nokias Swedish.
Keller: yeah but I think he’s a little (makes motion toward his head)

Frenzy: whoa! Whoa! Ahhhhhh! (falling down the dam)
