Created by The Fallen, Highline thought that his master was correct in all his ways until Hoist captured him and Optimus ordered him to be reprogrammed. After being ordered to be reprogrammed, Highline went to hell and back under Optimus's training. Nothing but fury could prepare him for his revenge on his creator.
